Arrival and Departure Times
Attendees are
required to be in Chicago by 2:00pm Monday, May 8th in
order for you to attend the 4:00pm – 6:00pm brand unveil in the
exhibit hall. Most attendees should plan to depart Chicago on
Wednesday night or Thursday morning, depending on your client
meeting schedule.

What to Pack (Dress Code)
Marketing will
be supplying you with a logo'd long-sleeved black button-down shirt to wear to the Monday night Brand
Unveil in the Exhibit Hall. This shirt should go well with tan
or black pants. For all other times, business attire is
recommended — jackets and/or ties for men and pant or dress suits for
the ladies (with the exception of the Abacus Party where business
casual is acceptable).
Conference Registration
Upon receipt of
your hotel reservation, we will order you an exhibit hall pass (yes,
all Abacus attendees this year will have their own exhibit hall
pass). If you also need to attend sessions, you can sign up for
shared session passes in SLX Library/ACCM/Session Pass Schedule.
Shuttle Service
Upon your arrival
in Chicago, you are responsible for your own ground transportation
from the airport. Try to share a taxi with a colleague if
possible.
We will be
providing shuttle service on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday between
the hotel and Convention Center every 15 – 20 minutes (start and
stop times of shuttle service will be posted before the event and
will be based on the meeting schedule at the hotel). The convention
center is about 10-20 minutes from the hotel (depending on traffic).
Hotel Reservations
Rooms for Abacus
attendees are at the Hard Rock Hotel. This is our designated hotel
and required accommodations for all employees (except for those that
live in the area or are staying with family in the area).
You must reserve
