Where are the meeting rooms located?
Most of the meeting rooms, as well as our Hospitality Suite, are
located at
the Hard Rock Hotel. We do have two additional
meeting rooms located in the exhibit hall at the Convention Center – note
that these two rooms are 10X10 rooms on the exhibit hall floor, but
do have hard walls for privacy.
How many meeting rooms are available and when will they be available?
We will have 5 meeting rooms available at the hotel and 2 10X10
meeting rooms available in the Exhibit Hall during the following
hours:

How do I sign up for
meeting space?
There is a two-step process to scheduling meeting space:

Meeting Room:
Schedule your meeting room on the Client Meeting Room Schedule
located in the SalesLogix Library under ACCM/Meeting Calendar.xls.
Please schedule your rooms according to availability and AV
requirements. The rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

for scheduling meetings.doc.
How do I schedule meals or snacks for my meeting?
Add your food preference, along with number of people, to the
meeting calendar.
How do I or my clients get to the Hard Rock Hotel from the
Convention Center?
We will be providing shuttle service on Monday, Tuesday, and
Wednesday between the hotel and Convention Center every 15 – 20
minutes. Note that the hotel is about a 20 minute ride to the
Convention Center (depending on traffic). If you or your clients are
in a time crunch, plan to take a cab.
When will the Hospitality Suite be open?
The Hospitality Suite will open from 7:00am – 6:00pm Monday, Tuesday,
and Wednesday. As always, the Hospitality Suite will have plenty of
laptops to check your email, and the room will be well-stocked with
food and drinks.

No, the Hospitality Suite is for employee use only.

The Fine Print
Restaurant,

entrance of the food court in the Grand Concourse). Serves
excellent steaks, salads and other American favorites. This is the
place for the perfect business lunch (open during shows for lunch).
