How can I get an exhibit hall pass for myself? 
We will be ordering Exhibit Hall Passes for all Abacus attendees this year.  Exhibit hall passes will be ordered upon you making your hotel reservation.  If you do not need hotel reservations, please email Stacy Volpe to let her know you are attending.  She will then make sure to order you a pass. 

I want to go to conference sessions.  What do I need to do?

My client has requested a conference pass.  How can I get one to them? 
We will not be providing clients with conference passes.  However, we do have $25 exhibit hall passes we can provide them — contact Stacy Volpe to request a pass. 

Where is our booth located? 
Our booth is located in the ACCM Exhibit Hall at the McCormick Place Convention Center, Booth #623. 

How will we get people to visit the booth? 
We are sending out a teaser direct mail and ad campaign in April to drive attendees to the booth.  Onsite, we will hand out lottery tickets that can be redeemed at the booth for various prizes (including a grand prize trip to Hawaii).  We’ll also have an in-booth game where players have a chance to win a free iPod shuffle.

What are the booth hours and who will be staffing the booth? 

Booth hours are:

The business development team will staff the booth for the duration of the show.
However, all Abacus attendees are required to walk the exhibit hall floor
at our Booth Unveil on Monday, 4:00pm – 6:00pm.
